Naruto and Sasuke's Strength Comparison Kages Arc

Viz, Suigetsu: This Naruto fellow defeated Pain all by himself?
Zetsu: That's right he has become extremely strong...In fact I think he is stronger than Sasuke right now.
Scary, Rei,
First bubble: そうだよ ものすごく 強くなっている...

soudayo mono sugoku tsuyoku natteiru...
That's right, he's gotten incredibly stronger...

Second bubble: たぶん今やったら サスケより強いと 思うけどね
tabun ima yattara Sasuke yori suyoi to omou kedo ne

The meaning of this sentence depends on what dialect Zetsu speaks in. As far as I can tell, Zetsu speaks in standard Japanese. If he were using a Kansai dialect, the meaning would differ somewhat.

"Ima yattara" in standard Japanese is literally "if (you) did it now," however, the verb "yaru" which means "to do" in the context of this sentence can also allude to a confrontation, i.e., a fight.

In Kansai dialect "ima yattara" is the same as "ima dattara," literally, "if right now."

So, using standard Japanese, the literal translation would be:
If they went at it right now [t/n: meaning, if Naruto & Sasuke were to fight each other right now], I think he'll probably be stronger than Sasuke.

In Kansai dialect, it'll be more like:
Right now, I think he's probably stronger than Sasuke.

Tobi: Thus even if Sasuke surpasses Nagato, it is completely meaningless if we can't control him. So I have no intention of linking him to the Gedo Statue any time soon. I think it would be wiser to just keep an eye on him.
Naruto, "That's not the point, you can't beat Sasuke just by being strong, now I know, inside him is..."

Naruto: ... We die.
Sakura: !?
Kakashi: ...!
Zetsu: ...?
Tobi: ...

Naruto: If you invade Konoha... I will fight you... Until that day, you need to keep your hate in check... And throw it all at me then. I'm the only one who can handle all the hate! Only I can fulfill that duty! I bear the burden of your hate, and I'll die with you!
Sasuke: ... What is it with you? What do you want?! Why do you keep messing in my business?!
